Clients are responsible for ensuring that any instructions they provide do not require us or our professionals to violate applicable laws or third-party terms.
Elite Gold VA may match clients with virtual assistants or other professionals based on the client’s requirements, availability, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
While we make reasonable efforts to match clients with suitable professionals, we do not guarantee that a particular professional will always be available or that a particular match will meet every expectation.
Elite Gold VA may replace, reassign, or change the professional providing services where reasonably necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide services as agreed with the client.
However, service availability may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical problems, internet outages, illness, emergencies, third-party service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Fees for our services will be communicated to the client before services begin or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
The client is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or third-party charges will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
Either party may terminate a service arrangement in accordance with the cancellation or notice terms agreed upon with the client.
Elite Gold VA may suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are significantly overdue
The client breaches these Terms
The client engages in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct
Continuing the relationship could create legal, security, or reputational risks
The client requests work that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
Any outstanding amounts owed for services already provided remain payable after termination.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Elite Gold VA and its licensors retain ownership of our website, branding, logos, templates, processes, systems, materials, and other proprietary content.
Where a client has paid for custom work and the applicable agreement provides for transfer of ownership, the relevant rights will be transferred according to those agreed terms.
